Associations
American Yacht Charter Association: AYCA's purpose is to increase professionalism, integrity and communications and to maintain the highest standards of excellence within the charter yacht industry. AYCA brokers are already well established and do not depend on the organization as a learning experience. Combining each member's sound international background, the thrust is group strength, support and knowledge.
Charter Yacht Brokers Association: CYBA is an organization dedicated to professional charter brokers who meet extensive requirements in order to qualify for membership in this prestigious organization. They must subscribe to CYBA's strict code of ethics and must inspect yachts and interview crews regularly.
International Superyacht Society: The ISS is the sole organization serving and representing the large yacht industry worldwide. Society members are individuals and companies who have been recognized for their leadership and dedication to raising the standards of design construction, maintenance, repair and operation of large yachts.
International Yacht Council: IYC is the yacht brokerage industry. Yacht broker associations that had worked together have come together under one global federation and have channeled their energies together to achieve one common goal - "the advancement of the Yacht Brokerage Profession."
Marine Industries Association of South Florida: The MIASF is a non-profit leadership organization in South Florida for the benefit and education of its members, the community and the evironment.
Professional Yachtsmen's Association: PYA is a qualification organization for superyacht crew.
The Florida Yacht Brokers Association: FYBA was created in 1987 to unite those engaged in the yacht brokerage business for the purpose of promoting professionalism and cooperation among its members; and to promote and maintain a high standard of conduct in the transacting of the yacht brokerage business. Each member is required to abide by a code of ethics to protect the public against fraud, misrepresentation or unethical practices in the yacht brokerage profession. Each member is to endeavor to eliminate any practices which could be damaging to the public or the dignity and integrity of the yacht brokerage profession.
The International Seakeepers Society: The International SeaKeepers Society is an organization of international leaders that promotes synergy among citizens, governments, educational institutions and corporations to restore and protect the worlds oceans. Members of the SeaKeepers Society recognize the oceans critical importance to the life of our planet and are deeply committed to finding real-world solutions to the problems now plaguing our seas.
The United States Superyacht Association : USSA is a non-profit trade association whose mission is; "To promote the Superyacht industry of the United States and to serve as its voice."
